How Rocode Solutions handles personal data sent through this website.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. To deliver the site and to run the Turnstile spam check, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. The message I receive also includes your approximate country, derived from your IP address by Cloudflare, which I use to help triage spam.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to take steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Spam protection is based on my legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, Turnstile spam protection, email delivery) and Google (Gmail, where messages are delivered). Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Messages are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact and then deleted, unless they are needed for a contract or a legal obligation.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical storage to tell people and bots apart.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format by writing to hello@rocodesolutions.com. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
